Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the VZRO LAB online store, including purchases of personalized products. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies included in this document.

1 Store Operator and Shopify

The store is operated by VZRO LAB through Pingnan 409 E-Commerce Studio, Ningde. The store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to present products and process store activity. Purchases are made directly from VZRO LAB. Shopify is not the seller of VZRO LAB products.

2 Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or use the store with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. Information you provide when using the store or placing an order must be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

3 Products and Customization

We try to describe and display our products accurately. Actual colors, image positioning, cropping, texture, and finish may vary slightly because of screen settings, source-file quality, material characteristics, and normal production tolerances. Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change without notice before an order is accepted.

Personalized products are produced using the information, image, artwork, link, and instructions submitted with the order. You are responsible for reviewing these details before production. We may contact you if a file cannot be used or if instructions are unclear, and production may be delayed until we receive the required information.

4 Customer Uploaded Content

You may upload album covers, photographs, artwork, logos, images, text, links, or other files for customization. You retain any ownership rights you have in that content.

By submitting customization content, you grant VZRO LAB a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, resize, crop, adjust, reproduce, transmit to service providers, print, program, and otherwise process the content only as reasonably necessary to review, produce, fulfill, deliver, support, or resolve issues with your personalized order. This license does not authorize VZRO LAB to use your customization content in advertising or public promotional materials without separate permission.

You represent that you own the submitted content or have all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions needed for the requested use. This responsibility applies to album artwork, photographs, illustrations, logos, trademarks, likenesses, and any other third-party material. You must not submit content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights, or that is unlawful, threatening, hateful, obscene, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

We may refuse, pause, or cancel a customization request that we reasonably believe may violate these Terms, applicable law, or a third party's rights. We are not required to determine whether submitted content is legally authorized. If we cancel an order before production because acceptable replacement content is not provided, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled item.

5 Orders Cancellations and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that we have accepted or begun processing it. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons such as suspected fraud, payment problems, unavailable materials, inaccurate pricing, prohibited customization content, or inability to fulfill the order. If we cancel an order after payment and do not provide the product, we will refund the canceled amount.

Requests to cancel or modify a personalized order must be made before customization or production begins and are subject to written confirmation. Once production starts, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible. The Refund Policy provides additional details.

6 Prices Payment and Taxes

The price shown at checkout is the product price in effect when the order is placed, together with any applicable discounts, shipping charges, and taxes shown at checkout. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the total displayed at checkout. You must be authorized to use that payment method.

7 Shipping and Delivery

Processing and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may result from incomplete customization information, carrier operations, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, address problems, or events outside our reasonable control. The Shipping Policy explains current processing times, transit estimates, tracking, and United States shipping charges.

8 NFC Links and Third Party Services

An NFC product may direct a compatible device to a customer-selected link or third-party service. VZRO LAB does not control third-party websites, platforms, content, or availability. You are responsible for the accuracy and continued availability of any link you provide. Access to third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9 Store Intellectual Property

The store's original design, text, graphics, logos, product photographs, videos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to VZRO LAB and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the store for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, or commercially exploit store materials without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

10 Reviews and Feedback

If you submit a review, suggestion, or other feedback that is separate from customization content, you grant VZRO LAB a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display that feedback for store operation, improvement, and promotion. You must have the right to submit it, and it must not be misleading, unlawful, or infringe another person's rights. Customer-uploaded customization files are governed by Section 4 and are not treated as promotional feedback.

11 Prohibited Use

You may not use the store or its services to:

· violate applicable law or another person's rights

· submit false, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or malicious content

· interfere with store security or operation, introduce malware, or attempt unauthorized access

· collect personal information about others without authorization

· use automated tools to scrape, overload, bypass, or disrupt the store, except as permitted by law or with our written authorization

· impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or authority

12 Errors and Availability

Store information may occasionally contain an error or omission relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We may correct the information and, where reasonably necessary, cancel or adjust an affected order. If a material change affects an accepted order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, which may include cancellation and refund.

13 Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the store and its online features are provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise that every online feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device. Product rights and remedies expressly stated in the Refund Policy, these Terms, and applicable law are not excluded by this section.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VZRO LAB and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the store or products. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited only to the extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

15 Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse VZRO LAB for reasonable losses, claims, and costs arising from your unlawful use of the store, your material breach of these Terms, or customization content you submitted without the required rights or permissions. This obligation does not apply to losses caused by VZRO LAB's own wrongful conduct.

16 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the store operator is established, without excluding any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply where you live. Any dispute will be handled by a court with lawful jurisdiction unless the parties agree to another lawful process.

17 Changes and Severability

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our products, practices, technology, or legal obligations. The current version will be posted with an updated date. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver of that provision.
